AI compliance for regulated EU fintechs — EMI · PSP · CASP

Compliance that keeps the deal moving.

A defensible KYB & EDD case in minutes — every finding linked to its document, page and quote. AI drafts, you decide.

Security & trust

Built for the person who signs off.

The fears a compliance officer has about AI — answered in the product, not a policy PDF.

Never trains on your dataYour documents stay isolated to your tenant and are never used to train models. tenant isolation
Human in the loopThe AI drafts; a person makes the call. The workspace can't close a case on its own. GDPR 22 · AI Act 14
Every finding carries its sourceEach claim links to the document, page and quote it came from — open it in one click. evidence link
An immutable trailEvery action logged — who, when, which model, which source. A record for your auditor. audit log
For developers

Push a lead into compliance in three calls.

Your CRM, onboarding form or back office creates the case, uploads the documents and starts the AI scan through the organization API. Your compliance team takes it from there in Evda.

Official TypeScript & JavaScript SDKZero dependencies, typed errors, retries that honour Retry-After, auto-pagination, scan polling and a one-call submit workflow. Server-side by design — keys never reach a browser. npm · MIT · Node 20+

Why it matters

Compliance is where deals stall.

“Compliance is where deals go to die — weeks of back-and-forth for one answer. We built the workspace so the case builds itself and the officer just decides.”

FAQ

KYB & EDD compliance, answered.

What is KYB and EDD?

KYB (Know Your Business) verifies a company, its owners and beneficial owners before onboarding. EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) is the deeper review for higher-risk cases — source of funds, ownership structure and adverse media.

What is Evda?

Evda is an AI compliance workspace for KYB and EDD at regulated EU fintechs — EMI, PSP and CASP. It reads your documents, extracts the parties and UBOs, links every finding to its source, and keeps a human in charge of the decision.

How does AI KYB & EDD software help?

It removes the manual stitching. The AI builds the case, drafts findings cited to document, page and quote, and flags gaps for follow-up — so a reviewer confirms in minutes instead of hours.

Does Evda replace my verification providers?

No. Evda sits above the document, face and registry checks you already run and turns their output into one defensible case. A public REST API, organization keys and an official JavaScript/TypeScript SDK are available.

Is it compliant with GDPR and the EU AI Act?

The human decides, not the AI (GDPR Art. 22, EU AI Act Art. 14). Every finding links to its source, an immutable audit trail records who did what and when, and we never train models on your data.

Who is Evda for?

Compliance teams and MLROs at regulated EU crypto-payment companies — EMI, PSP and CASP — running KYB and EDD onboarding and reviews.
